Get to know Sebastian

Sebastian is the founder of Kornfeld. He has extensive experience in corporate communications and change management. Prior to founding Kornfeld, he held various management and specialist positions in corporate communications and consulting at renowned companies such as IBM, Swiss Re, Raiffeisen Schweiz and Namics.

His areas of expertise are digital communication and the design of modern communication systems for companies. Sebastian also supports national and international clients in transformation and change projects.
He studied communication science (master) at the Technical University and the Free University of Berlin, specializing in linguistics, digital signal processing, and journalism. Sebastian holds a CAS in Change & Innovation Management from the University of St. Gallen (CH) and a Master of Business Administration from Warwick University (UK) and graduated with distinction with a thesis on "The relationship between corporate culture and performance".
