Accelleron – Launching a new company

When becoming independent,  the ABB spin-off Accelleron marked the new beginning with its first-ever global all-employee event. It was a huge success. The event featured appearances by the Alfa Romeo F1 Team and the Accelleron Executive Board. Kornfeld was in charge of creating the event storyboard, executive ghost-writing and event communication.

Swiss Post: Infotainment podcast for
SAP project updates

Introducing a new ERP system is a complex challenge. Combining it with harmonizing the system landscape and unifying the value streams is an even bigger thing. Swiss Post decided to use a weekly info podcast to keep stakeholders and program team members updated. The show prepared go-live and business hand-over of the new SAP S4 system. Each episode provided a deep dive into relevant topics in line with the milestone plan and a weekly status report from the program leadership. Sebastian from Kornfeld moderated and produced the show.

To promote the strong culture as unifying element, the  communications team at one of the most renowned IT companies partnered with Kornfeld to produce an internal talk podcast. Accelleron has created new core values that are vital for its future success. The initiative involved collaboration across divisions and hierarchies. Kornfeld supported the team through an internal communication concept and implementation.
The activities included interactive executive communication and emphasized engagement and involvement to bring the values to life.

Team retreat with actionable results

The controlling team at TX Group wants to develop a shared understanding of how to support their business best. Kornfeld teamed up with the leadership to create a half-day team retreat to analyse and stimulate collaboration. Kornfeld also moderated the retreat.

To improve collaboration, communication and flexibility, a leading global re-insurer introduces agile working. Kornfeld supports with change and communication to successfully introduce the concept.

Introduce workday and boost collaboration

TX Group decided to introduce Workday as their central HR and reporting platform and to raise cross-divisional  collaboration. Kornfeld designed and implemented the relating change management activities for the Corporate Services teams at TX. "Thanks to Kornfeld's very flexible and pragmatic approach, we were able to improve collaboration and agility within our organisation. Kornfeld delivered a change management program that perfectly fits our needs", says Peter Mantsch, Head of HR at TX Group.

Change Management: Uniting two teams

Tamedia bought Goldbach in 2018. To initiate seamless and fruitful collaboration, Kornfeld designed change management measures, including a team workshop, for the new, combined digital advertising team. It builds on creative techniques like live drawing and agile methodologies.
